Refund Policy

Postula sells digital credit packs (Starter, Pro and Power). Credits are delivered to your account instantly after a successful payment, never expire, and can only be used within the Postula service. No physical goods are shipped.

You only pay for searches that deliver. A credit is charged only when a search returns at least one result. If a search returns no results at all, the credit is automatically returned to your balance — no request, no waiting. This is the core fairness guarantee of Postula.

Because credits are digital and made available for use immediately after purchase, you expressly acknowledge that you lose any statutory "cooling-off" / right of withdrawal once credits have been delivered and used. Unused credit packs may still be eligible for a refund as described below.

Beyond the automatic refund above, purchased credit packs are generally non-refundable once the credits have been used. However, we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and issue a refund where required by applicable law or in cases of duplicate charges, technical errors, or unused credits purchased by mistake. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

To request a refund or report a payment issue, email us at youssef.nouali@proton.me with your account email and, if available, your payment reference (e.g. PST-XXXXXX). We aim to respond within 3 business days.

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a bank dispute. Accounts found abusing refunds or chargebacks may be suspended.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent changes, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
