Welcome to Postula. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. The service

Postula analyzes the information you provide — a CV, a profile, or a role description — and returns matching, publicly available job and internship listings for a country you select. We aggregate results from third-party sources and provide links to apply on those sources.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use Postula.

3. Credits and searches

Each credit entitles you to one complete search. The number of results per search varies by market and profile, and is never guaranteed. A credit is charged whenever a search returns at least one result; if a search returns no results at all, the credit is automatically refunded to your balance. Changing the target city requires a new search and a new credit.

4. Payments and refunds

Credits are sold in packs and do not expire. Except for the automatic refund described above, purchases are non-refundable to the extent permitted by law. Prices may change for future purchases.

5. Referrals

You may earn credits by referring new users through your unique link. We use abuse-prevention measures to ensure fairness. Rewards obtained through fraud, self-referral, or automated abuse may be revoked, and abusive accounts may be suspended.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to access it through automated means, reselling results, overloading our systems, or violating the terms of the third-party sources we link to.

7. Third-party content

Job listings originate from third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or outcome of any listing or application. Applying and any subsequent process happen on the third-party source.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee employment, interviews, or any specific search outcome.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
